The 63-6019 Aircharger Intake System was designed to fit specific Nissan Titan models. K&N Aircharger air intake systems are designed to dramatically reduce intake air restriction and increase air flow. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. This Aircharger Intake System begins with a cone-shaped K&N high-flow air filter which is made from an oiled cotton-gauze media. This filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. Air funnels through the velocity stack then through the aerodynamically designed K&N tube which connects to the throttle body. A rubber-lined heat shield is installed between the intake tube and air filter using the factory mounting locations to keep out hot engine bay temperatures. Additionally, the factory mass air flow sensor and both EVAP hoses mount directly on the intake tube. This design allows cooler, denser air in to the engine guaranteeing power gains compared to the factory system. When you put a K&N Aircharger Air Intake System to work, you can feel confident that you've got a product specially designed and tested for your specific engine demands. This air intake cannot be sold in California. It is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
